The Killingsworth Residence construction started seven years after the architect bought the land. Its plan is made of integrated pavilions that extend to the surrounding garden. The 3.200 square foot house is further magnified by the 12 feet tall doors and ceilings.

For this project, Raphael Soriano chose the steel frame layout of his Case Study House successfully bringing the relaxed and modern way of living of mid century modern houses in a apartment building.
I always say that you guys are the best! In fact I found this house thanks to one of you that follows Mid Century Home on Facebook -Itsso Retro- and I could not resist…I had to publish it!
