The Case Study House #23 stands out from the other houses of the Program as it consisted of a three-house project. All the houses were designed by the architects Killingsworth, Brady and Smith and have been conceived as an organic project that took in consideration an integrated environment.

Today I will share another stunning house included in the Case Study House Program: the house #3.
The Case Study House #9 designed by Charles Eames and Eero Saarinen for John Entenza, has been considered -from a building point of view- as the ‘twin’ of the #8; even though they fulfilled completely different needs. A contemporary journal defined them “technological twins but architectural opposites”.
